DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

iptv.domains, operated by Velmeron LLC, respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains what iptv.domains is, how to report claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws, and how we respond.

1. What iptv.domains is (and is not)

iptv.domains is a software middleware platform. It provides tools that let a user manage, organize, and optimize streaming subscriptions that the user independently obtains and controls — for example, a single stable endpoint, playlist and EPG editing, failover, and format compatibility.

We do not host, store, cache, transcode, re-broadcast, sell, or supply any media, channels, or content. All media streams are delivered directly from the user's own upstream provider to the user's own device; iptv.domains handles no video data. The credentials and content sources a user connects are supplied by, and are the sole responsibility of, that user.

2. Intermediary status; no general duty to monitor

Because we act as a neutral technical intermediary and do not select or supply content, we do not, and are not obliged to, pre-screen or actively monitor what users connect to or manage through the Service. We do, however, respond to valid notices as described below, and we will restrict access to or remove material, and/or terminate accounts, where we are required to do so by law or where we receive a valid notice of infringement.

3. Reporting claimed copyright infringement (DMCA notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that material accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent (Section 5) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (e.g. the specific URL, username, or account).
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We may forward a copy of a complete notice (including your contact details) to the affected user, and may publish or share it with third parties such as a transparency database.

4. Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is the subject of the notice, and will take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. An incomplete notice may delay our response; we may contact you to request the missing information.

5. Designated Agent

Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent:

Copyright Agent — Velmeron LLC (iptv.domains)
Email: legal@iptv.domains

Please use the subject line "DMCA Notice." A mailing address for the Designated Agent is available on request and is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office.

6. Counter-notification

If you are a user whose material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., the courts of the State of Wyoming, USA), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the activity.

7. Repeat-infringer policy

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and to take such action whether or not there is repeat infringement when we deem it appropriate.

8. Misrepresentation

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not make false claims.

9. Trademarks and other rights

This policy concerns copyright. For trademark or other intellectual-property concerns, please also contact legal@iptv.domains with details of the claimed right and the material at issue.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. This policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
