iptv.domains (the "Service") is operated by Velmeron LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA ("Velmeron LLC", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
iptv.domains is an IPTV middleware platform. It provides a single, stable endpoint (URL, username, and password) that routes and manages connections to upstream IPTV providers that you supply. The Service does not host, store, buffer, or re-broadcast any video content. All media streams are redirected directly from your upstream IPTV provider to your device — we handle no video data.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You may not use the Service to:
- Access, distribute, or facilitate access to content without the rights to do so
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform beyond what is explicitly permitted by your account tier
- Conduct automated abuse, scraping, or credential stuffing against the platform or upstream providers
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or compromise platform security
- Use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
6. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@iptv.domains if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7. Payments & Refunds
Subscription fees are charged for access to the Service's software tools. Pricing is shown at checkout and may change; a price change never affects a subscription period you have already paid for.
Cryptocurrency payments
We currently accept cryptocurrency payments (e.g. USDC/USDT on Ethereum and BNB (BSC), LTC, and USDT on TRC-20). Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable — blockchain transactions are irreversible by their technical nature and cannot be reversed by us. Please verify all payment details, including the correct network and wallet address, before sending funds; we are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or on an incorrect network.
Card & other reversible payments
Where we offer card or other reversible payment methods, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within seven (7) days of that charge by contacting legal@iptv.domains, provided the request is made in good faith. After seven days, fees for the current period are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or chargeback rights you may have under applicable law or your card network's rules.
8. Free Trials, Promotions, Discounts & Complimentary Offers
We offer a free trial period as specified on our pricing page. No payment is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account is automatically suspended unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Trial accounts may have usage limitations, and we may modify or end the trial program at any time.
From time to time, and entirely at our own discretion, we may run promotions such as discount codes, referral rewards, contests, giveaways, extended trials, or complimentary ("free") or "lifetime" plans. All such offers are a goodwill gesture only and are subject to the following:
- Discretionary and limited. Every promotion is offered at our sole discretion, on a limited-time and limited-availability basis. We may create, modify, limit, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice, and we are under no obligation to offer, extend, renew, reinstate, or match any past or current promotion.
- Not an entitlement. Promotional benefits are a privilege, not a right. They are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may not be combined with other offers unless we expressly state otherwise.
- No retroactive claims. Once a promotion has ended, been withdrawn, or had its available allocation exhausted, it cannot be claimed, backdated, or honored retroactively — including by users who request it after that point, or who registered after the promotion closed.
- Eligibility and verification. Eligibility for any promotion is determined solely by us. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, withhold, or revoke any promotional benefit — including, without limitation, where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, duplicate or multiple accounts, misrepresentation, or resale, or where the stated conditions of the offer are not genuinely met.
- Only our official offers are binding. Statements, posts, comments, or offers made on third-party platforms — including social media, forums (such as Reddit), or by other users — do not bind us and create no obligation on our part. Only an offer that we have explicitly confirmed to you, in writing, through our official support channels, and that remains in effect, is valid.
Nothing in any announcement, marketing material, third-party post, or promotion constitutes a guarantee of free or discounted access. Paid plans remain the standard means of accessing the Service, and the decision to grant any complimentary access rests solely with us.
9. Reseller Accounts
Reseller account holders may create and manage sub-accounts (clients) under their account. Resellers are solely responsible for ensuring their clients comply with these Terms. Any violation by a reseller client may result in suspension of the reseller account.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion, that:
- Violates these Terms
- Engages in abuse or fraudulent activity
- Causes harm to the platform or other users
- Remains inactive for an extended period
No refund is owed upon termination for policy violations. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately and your data may be deleted.
11. Availability & Uptime
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upstream provider issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.
12. No Content Hosting
iptv.domains does not host, cache, transcode, or re-broadcast any video content. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, availability, legality, or quality of streams delivered by upstream IPTV providers. Any content-related disputes must be directed to the relevant upstream provider.
13. Intellectual Property
All platform software, design, trademarks, and content created by iptv.domains remain our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform.
14. Copyright & DMCA Policy
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. Although the Service hosts no media content (see Sections 2 and 12), if you believe material associated with the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@iptv.domains including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the material and where it is located; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
We will act on properly submitted notices and may disable access to, or terminate the accounts of, users who are repeat infringers. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to liability. 15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any specific device, application, or upstream provider.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velmeron LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or profits — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section deprives you, as a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
