Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This policy applies to iptv.domains and its related services. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

1. Overview

iptv.domains (the "Service") is an IPTV middleware platform operated by Velmeron LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, USA, which is the data controller responsible for your personal data ("we", "our", "us"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • A username and password (passwords are stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — never in plain text)
  • Stream credentials — the username and password your IPTV apps use to connect to the Service
  • Provider credentials you add to your account (upstream IPTV provider URLs, usernames, and passwords)

Technical and Usage Data

We collect technical and usage data for security and fraud prevention. This includes connection metadata and behavioral patterns used to detect abuse, credential stuffing, unauthorized access attempts, and other platform misuse. This data is processed internally and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Communications

If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry and to improve our support.

3. Analytics & Cookies

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager on our public website to understand how visitors interact with the site (page views, navigation patterns, general usage). These services may set cookies on your device. Analytics are only activated after you give your explicit consent via our cookie banner.

Functional Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in while you use the panel. These are strictly necessary and are not used for tracking.

Managing Cookies

You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time by clicking the "Decline" option in the cookie banner, or by clearing your browser's local storage. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings at any time.

4. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency payments (e.g. USDC/USDT on Ethereum and BNB, LTC, and USDT on TRC-20); blockchain transactions are on-chain and irreversible, and we receive only the wallet transaction reference. Where card or other payment methods are offered, payments are handled by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor — we do not collect or store your full card number or bank details; we receive only a transaction reference and the limited billing metadata needed to confirm the payment and prevent fraud.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases set out in the GDPR (Article 6):

  • Performance of a contract — to create your account and provide the Service you sign up for (account, stream, and provider data).
  • Your consent — for non-essential analytics cookies, which load only after you accept them.
  • Our legitimate interests — to keep the platform secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the Service, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
  • Compliance with a legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to meet legal, tax, or regulatory requirements.

You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third parties in connection with the Service:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Technical and security data is retained for up to 90 days. Provider credentials are retained until you remove the provider from your account or delete your account. You may request account deletion at any time.

8. Data Security

All connections to iptv.domains are secured via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in recoverable form. Access to the database is restricted to the platform's internal processes.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
  • Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
  • Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@iptv.domains. We will respond within 30 days.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

We are operated by a U.S. entity, and our infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) or applicable legal derogations to protect that data.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
